Terms of Service: Corrections Academy Individual Subscription

Billing

A yearly subscription billing period begins at the effective starting date of service as stated above in this agreement. Provided credit card will be charged once per month, once annually, or once every two years depending on the contract option selected.

Contract Cancellation/Expiration

There is no cancellation during the first 12 months. Contract will be up for optional renewal at the end of the 12 month agreement, at which point it is again a full 12 month subscription with no cancellation.

Collections

Client agrees to pay for all costs of collection, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and other fees made necessary by nonpayment. Publisher reserves the right to suspend all services until payment is received in full and may terminate this agreement at their discretion if Client fails to comply with the terms agreement. Accounts over 28 days past due shall be charged a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) late fee and one and one-half percent (1.5%) monthly service charge on the unpaid balance thereafter.

Individual Personnel Use Only

Passwords and videos can be used by the subscribed individual only without limitation during the term of the agreement. Sharing department login access to the CorrectionsOne Academy or any downloaded or stored video content with other personnel/departments is expressly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in revocation of Academy access.

Limitation of Liability

CorrectionsOne Academy and videos contained herein serve as examples of best practices and should not in any way replace, interfere, or override individual agency protocol, tactics or policies. CorrectionsOne Academy is provided on an “as is, as available” basis without warranty of any kind, expressed, implied or staturoty, and any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third parties’ rights are specifically disclaimed.
